Shipping Information

Your order will be shipped to you fully insured. We urge all customers to inspect your package for damage or tampering before receiving or signing for receipt.

If your order is shipped by FedEx delivery service, signature from the recipient is required upon delivery. If you are unable to be available for signature on a weekday, we can arrange a Saturday delivery for an additional fee. Call 1-800-746-4855 and a customer service will arrange this for you.

Design Jeweler will ship your order by either Fedex or UPS ground delivery service.

Design Jeweler will ship only to a street address, not a P.O. Box address. Signature is required. If you will not be home to sign for your order, Design Jeweler can ship your order to your place of work, or another more convenient destination. As a security precaution to protect our customers against fraud, when you order over $100 of merchandise to be delivered to a destination other than your billing address, we will confirm that your credit card or financing company has this alternate shipping address on your file. To help expedite your order, simply call your issuing bank and provide them with your alternate shipping address.

Your item will be placed in black or red jewelry box. Loose diamonds will be shipped with Certificate ( small or large version ) if your diamond is certified, in small envelope.
