RETURN POLICY
Shopping
at Design Jewelers is entirely risk-free - we guarantee it.
We have several policies in place to ensure that your experience
with us will be safe, easy and 100% satisfactory. Our promise
is quality and value. Your complete satisfaction is highly valued
with Design Jewelers. However if not satisfied and would prefer
an exchange or full refund you may follow the guidelines:
Accepting
Returns
We will refund the purchase price of the items returned
within the time-frame as specified. The refund shall be made
for returns in the same form of payment. Special orders
can be exchanged for another item, no returns.
Watches:
7 Days ( of delivery ) return policy.
Watches that have been worn, re-sized, altered or damaged in
any way cannot be accepted for returns.
Loose
diamonds: 7 Days (
of delivery ) return policy.
The returned diamonds must be accompanied with original copy
of the matching or identifying certificates. Missing diamond
certificate carries a $ 300replacement fee.
Jewelry:
30 Days (
of delivery ) return policy.
All jewelry items must be unworn condition, no re-sized or altered
in any way.
All
transactions done via Design Jewelers go through SSL (Secure
Socket Layers). SSL is the industry standard method for computers
to communicate securely without risk of data interception, manipulation,
or recipient impersonation.
As
we operate on a return and exchange policy,
we have to be sure our products are of the highest quality.
We are confident that upon receipt of your merchandise you will
find that it matches your order exactly in size and quality.
However, if for any reason you decide not to keep your merchandise,
you can return it to us within seven or 30 (7 or 30 - see details
above ) days of delivery
for a full refund/ credit of the purchase price or exchange
for another item (shipping, insurance and handling charges are
not refundable).
To
streamline your return, we ask that you note the following:
The product must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with
all original packaging materials, unused warranty cards, and
instruction booklets. Before returning an item, please obtain
a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
number by calling 1-800-746-4855
.
The RMA number must be written on your original invoice and
on the return shipping label. Any returned items that are
not accompanied by an official RMA number will not be accepted.
If the product you're returning included a special offer,
the additional item(s) must also be returned, or you may choose
to have the cost subtracted from your refund. A return may void
a multiple purchase discount All refunds will be credited the
full purchase price, and will be made in the same manner as
the original purchase. Returns must be sent prepaid and insured
for the full price by a traceable carrier such as UPS or Federal
Express to: Design Jewelers, 203 Crystal Spring Shopping Center,
San Mateo, CA 94402, USA. Please note that special orders have
no return policy. New and unused means that there are no marks
on the item or any wear on the tags (such as the hologram or
shipping tags) or the case. Design Jewelers is not responsible
for any item that is not returned in the manner set forth above.

Design
Jewelers provide, insured shipping with each order. Depending
on order value, your package will be shipped by FedEx®
delivery service and will generally arrive within one
to three business days after it is shipped from Design
Jewelers.
